Making Transit Work 4 Everyone - Monday, March 30th

Hello Great People,

Do you think public transportation should work fairly for everyone? Is there anything you want to see change? The Harrison Neighborhood Association (HNA) would like to invite you our upcoming meeting Making Transit Work 4 Everyone; A meeting about the riders, March 30th 5:30-7:00pm.

It's time the riders have space to talk about what they need and what they want to see improved with transportation. The way decisions are being made currently about Minnesota's transportation system is excluding the voices of the everyday people who ride and use transit as a way of life.

HNA is working to bring transit riders voices to the center of the decisions being made about them. Whether you want to see cheaper fares, heated shelters, or better lightning at bus stops we want to hear from YOU. With Transit Projects like the Blue-line extension and the Green-line extension being built right in our neighborhood we need to ensure how our communities will benefit and that our voices are at the decision making table. Transit is something that should be accessible to all, our communities have been left out for too long. Come out and tell us what you want to see change and lets change it together, public transportation should work for everyone in Minnesota.

When: Monday, March 30th 6-8pm

Where: Harrison Neighborhood Association, 503 Irving Ave N

Why: To ensure there are spaces created for transit riders to give input and change the way public transportation works for them.
